Alizée Dufraisse weilt zur Zeit in der „Ali Baba“-Höhle in Rodellar und konnte, trotz hoher Temperaturen um die 30 °C, die Route „Hulk extension“ 8c klettern. Für die Verlängerung „Hulk extension total„, von Pjotr Schab 2018 erstbegangen, reichte dann die Zeit nicht mehr ganz aus. Aber Alizée hat sich fest vorgenommen wiederzukommen.

Es war Dani Andrada, der 2005 die Ali Baba-Höhle in Rodellar fand und begann darin zu klettern und richtete zahlreiche Boulder und Routen ein, unter anderen auch „Hulk extension“. Im Jahr 2007 verband er dann viele von ihnen zur „Ali Hulk Extension total (Sit Start)“ 9b.

Zu dieser Zeit hatte Andrada einen tragbaren Wagen gebaut und seine Spotter konnten seine Crashpads auf Rädern in der Höhle unter ihm her bewegen. Später setzte das „örtliche Putzkommando“ den Wagen in Brand, als sie dachten, Kletterer würden es zum Schlafen nutzen.

Eine weitere Extremkombination schuf 2019  Jonatan Flor, welche dieses Jahr Laura Rogora punkten konnte.

„I decided to climb on different things for a week in order to change my mind a little, and now I feel super sycked to try the project again  Trying the same route for a long period of time can be hard, especially when you feel close to do it and you still fail…  I could try hard in the Ali baba cave despite the heat that is still present (everyday around 30 degrees). I could manage the ascent of „Hulk extension“ 8c and find out the moves of the extension total 8c+ for later  I decided now to try to balance between the extension total and autoengano, this way I ll maybe feel less stressed by trying only a route and use the mixing styles to keep improving“
