Shawn Raboutou, known as son of his climbing parents Robyn Erbesfield-Raboutou and Didier Raboutou, manages the first repetition of the five-year-old Boulder „Fondation Edge“ (8c) in the Swiss Bouldering area. The Boulder was first ascented by Dave Graham. Only in September, Shawn climbs during his journey in the Rockland in South Africa the boulder ‚The Finnish Line‘ (8C) and in the RMNP (Rocky Monutian National Park) one of the hardest boulder in the world ‚Creature from the Black Lagoon‘ (8C+).
Before, Shawn was also climbinh with rope and was able to finish the old open project „Cyrille Albasini“ on the Bouddha crag in the canton of Valais. He classified the boulder-heavy Crux as 8B. For the overall route he suggests 8c+ / 9a.
