Only 13-year-old Oriane Bertone manages the first ascent of „Le spartiate direct sit“ at Ravine du Trou. She suggests grade 8B for the direct version of „Le Spartiate Sit“ (8A). It was her third boulder or harder:

Oriane says on Youtube: „May be the hardest thing I have climbed. It is the direct variant of „Le Spartiate“ sit (8A), that I have climbed 3 years ago. the line comes out straight up from the ramp of slopers with a very hard couple of movements in comparison with the 8A original version end on the right. How much work for these few movements !! I am very happy for this first ascent!“
