After hard „work“, Moritz Welt sends the still open project on the Eibgrat north face in his home region of the Northern Frankenjura in Germany. The result was the route „House of cards„, for which Moritz carefully suggests XI or 9a. „‚House of cards‘ is an expression that dates back to 1645 meaning a structure or argument built on a shaky foundation or one that will collapse if a necessary (but possibly overlooked or unappreciated) element is removed. […] The structures created using this method rely on nothing more than balance and friction in order to stay upright.“ Finally that whole thing is standing! Grade is just a suggestion, it’s really hard to grade for me because it was all about one really hard move in the end. Hopefully someone is gonna try the route soon to give me feedback!“
