Shawn Raboutou, currently traveling with Daniel Woods and the local Giuliano Cameroni in Val Bavona in Switzerland, was able to first ascented a new top boulder with ‚Roadkill‘ (8C) in the valley. Only last year Shawn first ascented probably the most difficult boulder in Switzerland with the low start of the Val Bavona classic „Off the Wagon“ (8C). Shawn discovered ‚Roadkill‘ the line three years ago and has not been able to climb it since the boulder is a very technical and friction-dependent boulder. Due to the currently good conditions in Ticino, Shawn was able to end the project. Let’s see when the other two players can repeat the boulder ;-).
