Mario Heller was able to set a new best time for the complete transgression of Eiger (3967m), Monk (4107m) and Jungfrau (4158m) on August 20th with 10 hours and 14 minutes. Thus, the trained Carpenter was about an hour and a half faster than the previous record holder Nicolas Hanson, who was able to set a new record last year with 11 hours and 43. Marion started in Stechelberg and the terminus was in Grindelwald. For the descent he used a paraglider.
