Ryan Pasquill has ticked the classic route  ‚Bain de Sang‘ (9a) at  Saint-Loup, Switzerland. The 25 m vertical to off-vertical line was first climbed in 1993 by local legend Fred Nicole as one of the world’s first of the grade nad the first in this grade in Schwitzerland. Ryan has recently been travelling around Europe with his partner Maddy Cope, who has had a productive trip, ticking Mind Control 8c+ and Prinzip Hoffnung 8b/E9. 

Ryan collects classic routes with historical tick of modern free climbing. So the routes „Action Directe“, „Hubble“, „Om“, „Mutation“ and „Northern Lights“ etc. are on his wish list. In October of last year, a visit to „Speed ​​Intégrale“ 9a on the Voralpsee in Switzerland was already possible. The route of Beat Kammerlander dates from 1995 and also enjoys a reputation as a classic.
