Daniel Woods and Giuliano Cameroni, accompanied by Matty Hong, Shawn Raboutou and local hero Felipe Camargo, are currently traveling in Brazil. As expected, successes came soon. So the two got the 2nd and 3rd ascent of the probably hardest boulder in South America „Fortaleza“ (8B+).

Five years ago, the line was first ascented by the Brazilian Felipe Camargo, after thirteen years! of projecting. That Felipe can climb hard, he proved with the 3rd ascent of the Chris Sharma route El Bon Combat (9a +) in the Spanish climbing crag Cova de l’ocell, we reported.
