The 19-year-old Frenchman Loïc Zehani reports another very difficult first ascent with “Anesthésie” in the French climbing crag “Fétide Beach”. The 60 moves long route is a combination of the routes „Corrida“ (9a) and „H5N1“ (8c) with the boulder „Syndrome“. He got the tip from his father Christophe, who was able to climb the route „Corrida“ (9a) in 2010 for the first time.

For Loïc it was the fifth first ascent in grade 9a + and also his 33rd route in grade 9a and harder. Last year Loïc sends his first 9b route with “Obsession”.
