Daniel Jung has made the first repeat of Nico Favresse’s 2013 crack test piece „Recovery drink“ 8c+.

The route „Recovery Drink“ is the „perfect“ crack. The „One of the best“ crack climbs is a 35 m long, slightly overhanging crack across the middle of the „Profilveggen“ at the Jakeningfjord in Norway. In May 2013, the route was freed by Belgian climber Nicolas Favresse, during his second trip to Norway with Stephane Hanssens and after five weeks of use.

Nico did not suggest a grade of the 35 meter trad route but saying it was his hardest ever crack. In fact, 8c+ or harder have been mentioned by very experienced trad climbers having tried it.
