Moritz Welt can climb his fourth route in this degree with the route „Styleboys“ on Hanging Stone in his home area Northern Frankenjura. Already two years ago, Moritz climb his first route in the eleventh (UIAA) grade with „Der Heilige Gral“ at the Kolosseum in the same area.
The picture by Lars Decker is from a project Moritz has been working on for three weeks. It is an old Frankenjura line so it should be rather hard which possibly has to wait until spring as he travels to Spain on Thursday.
On top of that, this week was still quite sucessful! Got to send „Styleboys“ 9a (FA grabbed by @alexandermegos) on Sunday, and today, after my tries on the proj, the day turned out to be better for bouldering and I was lucky with some quick hits of „Geißel Gottes“ 8B and „Urlaub fürs Gehirn“ 8B+
Endurance feels perfect for Spain, so let’s see what will be possible in 3 months
