The 17-year-old Franke Moritz Welt can manage in the Austrian boulder area Maltatal his second 8b +-Boulder with „The Source „. It was the third ascent of the Christof Rauch Boulder. The boulder is considered not quite easy. The first repeater Paul Robinson did quite a hard thingwith his ascent.
Accordingly, Moritz was happy after his:Yes!!! Finally did the third ascent of „The Source“ (8B+) today!
This has been one of my main goals here in #maltatal and I’m so happy to have it on my ticklist now! After doing the stand start really quick I thought the sit won’t be so much harder, but the last moves became way harder coming from the ground… 5 more days left here in this incredibly beautiful and underrated area…Thanks to @evolv_de , @rafiki_climbing , @cafekraft_nuernberg , @mikeyclimb for the crashpad and @christof_rauch for opening this perfect boulder problem!
