The 16-year-old French Diego Fourbet sends his first 9a-Route, with the extension of the route „La Proue Debridee“ (8c+). It was also his first 9a first ascent. The son of Nathalie (ex-Richer) and Olivier Fourbet started climbing at the age of 3 and started with the active training at the age of six. Since then he traveled a lot with his parents through the climbing areas of Europe.

„Antony Lamiche bolted the project six years ago. I spend six session on the route but the first part of the route is the same that a route I did last year. I have always traveled in Europe with my parents where I climb and boulder in different areas. Since I am 14 I study in a special class to climb more (CIE DE BRIANCONS).“
