Jonatan Flor Vazquez sends the fifth repetition of the route „La planta de Shiva“ (9b) in the Spanish climbing area Villanueva del Rosario. The route from 2011 was first ascented by the one and the only Adam Ondra.

„Finally, after this long process, I can announce that I have sent my second 9b and the hardest route I have ever done! It has been a hard process, the route imposed a lot on me from the first moment, many days of bad weather… But after that uncertainty that this made me feel, I have finally been able to do it! Thanks to all of you who have supported me in the process!“

If you know the route, it’s pretty good. In October 2017, the Austrian Angy Eiter was the first woman to climb a 9b route. Since this year she is no longer alone with it, because with Laura Rogora and Julia Chanourdie two more women followed in this grade.
