Nachdem David Firnenburg in „Papichulo“ (9a+) erfolgreich war, war nun seine Freundin Andrea Kümin erfolgreich und konnte mit „Fish Eye“ (8c) in Oliana ihre erste 8c-Route klettern. Die 50 Meter lange Ausdauerroute „Fish Eye“ (8c) hat sich wohl mittlerweile als ideale Damenroute etabliert, nachdem sich schon Lucy Creamer, Hazel Findlay, Nina Caprez und Michaela Kiersch Begehungen geholt haben. Lucy Creamer im Jahr 2009 war wohl die erste Britin, welche in diesem Grad unterwegs war.
„I’m fortunate to be here, even tough I struggled with freezing conditions and my skin. This wall and the routes are just amazing! I‘m glad a had the courage to try a challenging route, just ,go fot it’ and believe in myself. I enjoyed the process of projecting, especially the flow while climbing, the fight against the pumped forearms and the thrilling feeling at the top. Not even bleeding fingers (more than 10 flappers) stopped me from trying hard. Thanks my dear for your support and for catching every fall @david_firnenburg „
