Der US-Anerikaner Jonathan Siegrist kann mit „Lapsus“ im norditalienischen Klettergebiet Adonno, nach „Jumbo Love“ und „La Planta de Shiva„, seine dritte 9b-Route klettern. Anfang März 2020 probierte sie Jonathan erstmal in der Route bis er sie jetzt sturzfrei klettern konnte.

Der 30 Meter lange Ausdauerhammer wurde von Stefano Ghisolfi  im September 2015 erstbegangen und bisher nur von Adam Ondra wiederholt. Lapus ist eine Kombination aus  Noi und endet am Umlenker von Anaco. Jonathan würde die Route leicht auf 9a+/b abstufen. Dies schiebt er auf die Verwendung von „Kneepads„, welche er für seine Begehung verwendete.

„I first tried this awesome route in early March, 2020. After about a week in Northern Italy, we left in a hurry, wildly uncertain and underprepared for what would come next… Fast forward 18 months and we finally made our way back to this historic, hidden gem of a crag. It felt quite important to both Shaina and I to come back to Cuneo and do our best to finish the trip that we had started before. I’m stoked to say over the last couple days we both sent our projects from last year! Shaina on a super hard 7c+ called ‘Biro’ and me on this amazing endurance test piece ‘Lapsus’ 9a+/b.
